You will collaborate with race officials and handle technical aspects of the display, contributing to a stellar racing experience for attendees. Responsibilities

  • Efficiently track and update all race-related data on the board.
  • Ensure all details are presented clearly and are visible to the audience.
  • Engage with event staff to facilitate smooth operational flow.
  • Manage equipment setups and breakdowns before and after events.
  • Document any incidents related to racing board operations.
  • Stay updated on changes in horse racing regulations and terminology.
  • Provide feedback for improvements in the racing board processes.
  • Work with the event management team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and report issues immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar position or at horse racing events is preferred.
