Responsibilities

• Participate in bronc riding events during rodeo performances.
• Ensure the safety of oneself, fellow riders, and animals during performances.
• Collaborate with team members to assess and improve riding techniques.
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
• Provide exceptional showmanship and entertainment to spectators.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rodeo events.

Technical Skills

• Physical strength and stamina

Soft Skills

• Quick reflexes and agility

Certifications

• Training in horse riding or equine management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in rodeo coaching: Training in coaching and mentoring less experienced riders.
