Responsibilities

• Operate polymerization ovens and ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Monitor settings and confirm adjustments as needed for efficiency.
• Conduct quality tests on products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document production processes and output to maintain records.
• Assist with training new team members on equipment operation.
• Collaborate with management to implement best practices.
• Engage in problem-solving regarding production issues.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree or certification in manufacturing or safety processes

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the polymer industry.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of polymerization processes
• Safety protocol knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the polymer industry: Prior work in a similar environment is a strong advantage.
