Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, you will set up and operate machines used in the precision machining process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC and manual machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC grinding machines.
• Conduct quality inspections using measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced training or certification in tool making or CNC machining, preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in precision machining
