Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator or Tender, you will be an essential part of our production team, responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in shoe manufacturing. Your expertise will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machinery settings for different shoe styles and materials.
• Follow established procedures for material handling and machine operation.
• Regularly clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
• Participate in team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and processes in the production line.
• Support quality assurance efforts by adhering to inspection protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine operation
