Job Description

As a Paper Cup Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machines that produce high-quality paper cups. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machinery operation within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix minor equipment issues independently.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management of supplies needed for machine operation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in a paper cup manufacturing environment is preferred
