As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential properties, ensuring tenants comply with lease agreements and maintain a high standard of living. Your role is essential in building strong relationships with tenants while managing property maintenance and finances efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing efforts for available rental units.
  • Screen tenants and process rental applications.
  • Draft and enforce lease agreements and rental policies.
  • Ensure prompt rent collection and manage tenant account issues.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work, documenting as necessary.
  • Address tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all housing laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for property operations.
  • Conduct property audits and implement improvements.
  • Participate in community events to promote properties and tenant satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Real estate license or certification
  • Property management software Proficient in utilizing various software for property management tasks.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Expertise in Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for tenant interactions.
  • Conflict resolution Skilled in managing and resolving disputes effectively.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with REO properties: Ability to manage real estate owned (REO) properties effectively.
  • Experience with low-income housing programs: Knowledge of programs that support low-income rentals.
