Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Metal Sponge Making Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery to produce high-quality metal sponges and will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot metal sponge making machines.
• Adjust settings for optimal production efficiency.
• Regularly check production quality and perform necessary adjustments.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Manage raw material inventory and perform quality checks.
• Follow all safety and health regulations at all times.
• Keep detailed production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes.
• Assist in the training of new employees on machinery operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
