Responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates for roofing projects based on detailed drawings and specifications.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure feasibility of estimates.
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents.
- Monitor project budgets and forecast costs accurately.
- Review bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and competitiveness.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimation
Technical Skills
- Blueprint Reading
- Knowledge of Roofing Systems
Soft Skills
- Problem Solving
Certifications
- Additional relevant certifications preferred
Languages
- English: Fluent
