Job Description

We are seeking skilled Structural Metal Fabricators and Fitters to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal framing and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all structures are leveled and squared accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and accurately follow architectural and engineering plans.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal framing components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks.
• Coordinate with other trades and team members to ensure project efficiency.
• Document and report daily work activities to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the installation process.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and safety knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in construction or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in structural metal framing

Technical Skills

• Precision measuring
• Metal framing tools

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Certifications

• Forklift Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prevailing wage experience: Experience working on projects that require compliance with prevailing wage laws.
