Job Description

The Tank Storage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of our tank storage facility in Philadelphia. This role ensures the safe and efficient storage of various liquids while managing a team of skilled operators. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in the tank storage industry and a strong knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain safety and operational policies for the facility.
• Manage relationships with vendors and transportation companies to ensure efficient operations.
• Analyze operational data to drive improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to tank storage.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tank storage operations with supervisory experience preferred.
