Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Lap Machine Tender to oversee the operation of lap machines. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring proper setup, monitoring production, and conducting quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and fine-tune lap machines for different textile processes.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks on products.
• Document production data for analysis and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status.
• Identify trends in machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Participate in team meetings focused on operational efficiency.
• Support cross-training initiatives for versatility in the team.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of raw materials.
• Engage in safety training and adherence to safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing systems is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting
• Textile production knowledge

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
