Job Description

Join our team as a Kettle Coordinator, where you will oversee the production and inventory of kettles. Your main responsibility will be to ensure all kettles are produced to the highest standards and are readily available to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet set targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow.
• Conduct training for new staff on production processes and equipment use.
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Compile production reports for management review and analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
