Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled Cyber IT Knowledge Manager to lead the organization and management of our cyber knowledge base. This role is integral to reinforcing our cybersecurity protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be pivotal in developing strategies that advance our cybersecurity posture and enable a culture of informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain the accessibility of the cyber knowledge base.
  • Work closely with the IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate best practices.
  • Lead training sessions for employees on current cybersecurity topics.
  • Assess and improve current documentation for clarity and relevance.
  • Engage with industry experts to update internal resources accordingly.
  • Support the development of cybersecurity-related policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions across departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or cybersecurity roles
