Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Motorboat Operator to join our transportation team in Miami. The ideal candidate will possess strong navigation skills and have experience in handling passenger motorboats, ensuring safety and comfort for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate motorboats while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe travel.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorboat.
• Handle cash and other fare transactions responsibly.
• Educate passengers about safety procedures and regulations.
• Address any concerns or needs of passengers promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in passenger transportation

• Boating Safety
• Collision Avoidance

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Valid boating license

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational
