Become a part of our team as a Guideman! You'll be responsible for leading people on thrilling adventures while ensuring their safety and enhancing their experience with your local knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety briefings for participants before starting tours.
• Foster an inclusive and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
• Coordinate logistics for tours, including transportation and permits.
• Keep up-to-date with weather conditions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Assist in marketing efforts by promoting tours through social media.
• Evaluate tour performance and suggest improvements based on guest feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Tourism Management or related field

Experience

• Experience leading adventure or outdoor activities preferred.
