We are seeking a skilled Clothing Pattern Preparer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and modifying clothing patterns according to specific design requirements. You will collaborate closely with designers and production teams to translate design visions into accurate patterns.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced CAD software for efficient pattern-making.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize patterns for manufacturing.
• Implement updates to pattern-making processes based on new technology and industry standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the pattern-making department.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in fashion design or related field is preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clothing pattern preparation.
