Job Description
The Coil Winder, Taper, and Finisher will be responsible for assembling coils to meet production targets while ensuring stringent quality and safety standards. This role requires a proactive individual adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to meet and exceed production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
- Train new employees on coil assembly processes.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in coil assembly preferred
