Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be responsible for curing brake linings while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Your attention to detail will help ensure the reliability of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate curing equipment effectively to ensure high-quality production of brake linings.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on cured products.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the working area.
• Provide support in the setup and preparation of materials for production.
• Work closely with the production team to optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and quality checks.
• Engage in ongoing safety training and compliance.
• Assist in mentoring new team members.
• Contribute to improving production processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certification in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in brake lining production or a related field preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of measurement tools

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
