Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of molding equipment effectively.
• Ensure production efficiency by optimizing machinery settings.
• Inspect final products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.
• Keep work area organized and free of hazards.
• Engage in continuous learning and skills development.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Log production numbers and machine performance accurately.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Follow environmental regulations in material usage and waste disposal.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing certification preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with molding processes.

Technical Skills

• Molding machinery operation
• Quality control techniques
• Basic mechanical repairs

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
