Job Description

As a Closet Builder at Custom Closets Co., you will design and construct bespoke closet solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your expertise in carpentry and strong attention to detail will ensure each project is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to provide tailored closet solutions that meet their specifications.
  • Draft designs and plans for custom projects utilizing design software.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and hardware needed for installations.
  • Execute the construction and installation of closets with precision and care.
  • Preserve a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review project specifications to avoid discrepancies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct field measurements to ensure accurate installations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to assistants as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Carpentry or related field is preferred
  • Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in custom cabinetry or carpentry.
