Job Description

As an Asphalt Paving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing paving initiatives, working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct asphalt paving operations and ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor productivity and troubleshoot any challenges that arise on-site.
  • Establish and uphold standards for safety and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and safety measures.
  • Prepare and present project performance reports to upper management.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting for project expenses.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for project materials.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide career development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management within the asphalt paving industry
