Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Roll Turner to join our dynamic team. The Roll Turner will be responsible for operating machinery to turn and manipulate rolls of materials while ensuring quality control and safety measures are strictly followed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery to manipulate rolls, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of rolls for quality assurance.
• Document production metrics and report any discrepancies.
• Work effectively with fellow team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations in all tasks performed.
• Support maintenance teams with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for roll handling.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in roll turning or similar role.
