Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Battery Loader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading batteries onto production lines, ensuring that all batteries are loaded correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate battery loading equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Load batteries onto conveyor belts or pallets for shipment.
• Check batteries for defects and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean workspace to promote safety.
• Communicate with team members regarding production status.
• Adapt to various production demands and shift priorities.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Help train new team members as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Hand-Eye Coordination

Certifications

• Forklift certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
