Field Service Engineer

Job Description

The Field Service Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering technical support and maintenance services for aerospace products. This position involves traveling to various customer locations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of our products.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain aerospace-related products at customer facilities.
• Guide customers in effectively using the products through training sessions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding technical support.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Work closely with product development teams to communicate customer insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of field service experience in the aerospace industry

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
