Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction, from project inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met while maintaining safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of construction projects.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• Create and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
• Oversee procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
• Facilitate team meetings and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure environmental sustainability and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing construction projects

Technical Skills

• Cost Management Tools

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• OSHA Safety Certification is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
