Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Boards Die Set-Up Operator to manage the setup and operation of our die-cutting machines. You will play a key role in ensuring that all production processes meet our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate die-cutting equipment to produce printed circuit boards according to specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment and document procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate setups.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues in machinery and production output.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of production activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training in electronics manufacturing is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in machine operation, specifically in PCB production
Technical Skills
  • Die cutting machines expertise
