Job Description

As a Shop Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of sales associates and support personnel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing a retail store
