Job Description

We are seeking a Market Maker to enhance our trading operations. You will analyze market conditions, execute timely trades, and collaborate closely with traders and analysts to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

• Offer continuous liquidity in financial markets through accurate quote staffing.
• Evaluate and manage market risks associated with trading activities.
• Ensure compliance with trading regulations and internal policies.
• Innovate trading strategies based on market analysis.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss market conditions and trading strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a Market Maker or in a related trading role
