Job Description

As a Dental Technician at Dental Solutions Co., you will play a pivotal role in improving patients' dental health and aesthetics. You will be responsible for fabricating a range of dental prosthetics like crowns, bridges, and dentures, ensuring precision and quality that meet the highest standards. Collaborating closely with dentists, you'll utilize your craftsmanship in creating personalized solutions that enhance patient smiles.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret dental prescriptions for accurate fabrication.
• Create prototypes and final products based on specific dentist requirements.
• Ensure that all products meet clinical standards for safety and effectiveness.
• Take responsibility for equipment maintenance within the lab.
• Assist in training junior technicians and lab assistants.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all fabrication processes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology is preferred
• Certification as a Dental Technician is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial dental lab

Technical Skills

• Orthodontic appliance fabrication
• Prosthetic dental fabrication

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of dental materials science: In-depth understanding of materials used in dental prosthetics.
