Job Description

As an Acute Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient assessments, administer medications, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and track changes.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with training and mentorship of new nursing staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • BSN preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an acute care setting
