Responsibilities

• Create and oversee annual budgeting processes.

• Review financial performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff to foster talent.
• Participate in the development of operational plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with IT for system enhancements related to financial performance.
• Report findings and recommendations to the CFO for strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in credit and collections management

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• QuickBooks
• CRM Systems

Certifications

• Certified Credit Professional (CCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
