Job Description

The Underwriter Solicitation Director will oversee the underwriting process, leading a skilled team to develop strategies for client engagement and risk assessment. This leadership role demands a blend of technical know-how and interpersonal skills to foster a strong underwriting culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the underwriting solicitation process and ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Insurance or Risk Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance underwriting, with substantial experience leading teams.
