Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of paint formulas and application processes.
• Regularly clean and service painting equipment.
• Work closely with the design team to get input on finishes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during the coating process.
• Report any defects or issues to ensure production quality.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in painting or coating applications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Covers and coatings certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
