Filling Layer Up Technician

Job Description

As a Filling Layer Up Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining filling machines to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a background in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery adhering to safety and operational standards.
• Adjust machinery settings to align with production specifications.
• Ensure quality checks are performed regularly to maintain product standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Maintain daily logs of machine performance and issues.
• Assist in basic maintenance of equipment as required.
• Support team members during peak production times.
• Follow all company policies including quality management practices.
• Report any material shortages or supply issues to management.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety compliance measures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical school diploma is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments

Technical Skills

• Basic Machine Maintenance
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator License (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Automation in Manufacturing: Experience with automated machinery and filling operations.
• Previous Experience in Food or Beverage Manufacturing: Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
