Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team in Denver. The successful candidate will perform various tasks related to construction, including carpentry, concrete work, and welding, ensuring projects meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage in framing, concrete work, and welding as needed for projects.
• Operate various construction tools and equipment while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining job site cleanliness and organization.
• Help coordinate tasks with team members and communicate effectively.
• Support the loading and transport of materials to job sites.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Take part in training on new equipment or safety measures.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or skilled labor

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Job Safety Standards: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
