Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Certified Commercial Appraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing a diverse range of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Review property data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Consult with clients to gather information and clarify property needs.
• Analyze market conditions to make informed valuation decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss appraisal results.
• Utilize GIS mapping software for property evaluations.
• Document all findings and ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Requirements

Education

• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or economics is preferred

Experience

• Experience valuing a diverse range of commercial properties

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• ArcGIS

• Expertise in complex appraisal assignments: Experience in valuing easements or partial interests.
