Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Support Specialist dedicated to maintaining robust network performance for our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, implementing security measures, and training users on optimal system usage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute network architecture suitable for business operations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess network performance and security.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive measures.
• Provide troubleshooting support and resolve networking issues in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation of cloud-based networking solutions.
• Engage with vendors for network solutions and equipment procurement.
• Create user-friendly guides and documentation for network protocols and tools.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss technology improvements and innovations.
• Manage network hardware lifecycle and schedule upgrades as needed.
• Handle backup procedures and disaster recovery planning for networks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Networking or a related field
• Additional certifications such as AWS or Azure are a plus

Experience

• Experience with cloud networking solutions preferred
