We are seeking an Electrical Repair Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency repairs and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets for electrical repairs.
• Develop training programs for continuous skill development among technicians.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair, supervisory experience preferred.
