Job Description

We are seeking a talented Commercial Drafter to create precise technical drawings and plans for our commercial construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure all designs adhere to project specifications and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize 3D modeling software to create accurate design representations.
• Work closely with the design team to generate innovative solutions.
• Update and manage design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on design proposals to clients.
• Optimize design workflows and enhance efficiency in drafting processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drafting

• SketchUp
• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• AutoCAD Certified Professional

Languages
