Coil Rewind Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Coil Rewind Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines that produce coils for electrical components. You will ensure that production meets quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of machines for effective coil production.
• Adjust machinery settings based on production specifications.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks on finished products.
• Log production data and assist in inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist engineering with machine calibration and adjustments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Trade school or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred

Experience

• Experience in operating and maintaining machines in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Coil winding experience
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
