Job Description

As a Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of road infrastructure while managing logistics operations. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with safety regulations and continuously improving process efficiency to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain road assets, including pavement and traffic signals.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with contractors to plan and implement road improvement projects.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting expenses and monitoring expenditures.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as road condition ratings and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to road maintenance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation management
