Job Description

Join our team as an Induction Coordination Power Engineer where you will lead efforts in ensuring efficient induction processes for our power engineering projects. You will be tasked with monitoring system performance, conducting training sessions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to optimize power systems.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategies to enhance the reliability of power systems through effective induction coordination.
  • Investigate and resolve issues within power system models, proposing necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in the design of efficient power systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Review and improve monitoring processes related to system performance.
  • Deliver technical support and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Compile and present reports and documentation for inductions and improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and technological advancements.
  • Lead training initiatives for the engineering team.
  • Aid in the formulation of company policies related to power systems.
  • Uphold safety standards in all operational activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in power engineering, preferably focused on induction coordination.
