Job Description

Seeking a skilled Swager Operator to manage the operations of our swaging machines. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in producing metal products for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate swaging machines, optimizing operational performance.
• Conduct inspections of products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment for safe and effective operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Analyze and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operational tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in metalworking preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience operating a swaging machine or similar equipment

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages
