Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nipper to join our team. As a Nipper, you will be responsible for cutting, clipping, and trimming materials in accordance with specifications. Attention to detail and precision are crucial for success in this role, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately cut, clip, and trim materials to meet specified requirements.
• Inspect all materials for quality and compliance before and after processing.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality.
• Organize and maintain tools and equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to achieve collective production goals.
• Document any issues encountered and communicate with supervisors.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow all company policies regarding quality control.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
