We're actively seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, with experience in project management, design, and execution of various infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Ensure effective project delivery through continuous monitoring and evaluation.
• Speed up project timelines by recommending design efficiencies and innovative solutions.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in the research and integration of sustainable engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Construction Management
• Structural Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• LEED Certification: Knowledge of sustainable practices in civil engineering.
• Experience with Revit: Familiarity with Revit for architectural and structural designs.
