Job Description

The Destination Imagination Coordinator will oversee the development and management of the Destination Imagination program, which is designed to enhance educational experiences through creativity and teamwork. This role involves coordinating activities, facilitating competitions, and providing guidance to participants.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and adapt the program curriculum to meet participant needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for teachers and volunteers involved in the program.
• Develop marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the program.
• Create engaging resources and materials for participants and facilitators.
• Track participant progress and program metrics for reporting.
• Encourage creativity and collaboration among participants.
• Organize community events to showcase participant projects.
• Cultivate partnerships that enhance program offerings.
• Implement best practices in program management and evaluation.
• Stay updated on trends in education and creativity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• Experience working with children and youth, preferably in educational settings
