Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or technical training

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Technical Writing

Soft Skills

• Public Speaking
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in developing e-learning programs: Hands-on experience with e-learning development tools like Articulate or Camtasia.
