We are seeking a skilled Hand Laminator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laminating various types of materials to produce high-quality products, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and machines for the laminating process.
• Evaluate product quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues with the laminating equipment.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product specifications are met.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
• Support the continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in hand laminating or related manufacturing roles preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with laminating equipment
• Reading technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with equipment maintenance and repair: Knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting laminating machines.
