Job Description

As a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating equipment to wind, splice, and cut materials to meet specific customer requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for winding and cutting processes based on specifications.
• Ensure production schedules are met without compromising quality.
• Conduct final inspections of rolls and materials.
• Troubleshoot operations and implement efficient solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards.
• Assist in machine repairs as trained.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree or vocational training related to manufacturing

Experience

• Previous experience with winding machines preferred
